New Recreation Ground Pavilion and new Bowls Club House buildings

 

Description:

Wingrave with Rowsham Parish Council (WWRPC) intends to replace the existing Recreation Ground Pavilion and the Bowls Clubhouse with new buildings during the summer of 2024 and is undertaking a public tender for the building of these facilities. The project is funded in part by S106 monies and in part by a combination of WWRPC funds and other Grants. Whilst the WWRPC intends to build both facilities at the same time, we reserve the right to either stagger the delivery of both buildings (prioritising the Recreation Ground New Pavilion followed by the Bowls Clubhouse), and / or deliver only one of the facilities should affordability dictate.

Requests for Further Information (RFI’s) should be submitted to: info@wwrpc.org.uk by no later than 16:00 (GMT) on the 19th January 2024. All RFI’s will be answered as soon as practically possible and answers to the RFI’s shared with all tenderers on the Portal.

Please note – all tenders to be returned to , keeping emails to a maximum of 20MB (using multiple emails if required but no more than 5 per submission). Late or incomplete tenders may not be considered.

All tender returns should remain valid until 30th April 2024.

The Parish Council reserves the right to accept any one of the Tenders regardless as to whether it is or is not the lowest.

Minimum £1m Professional Indemnity cover

Minimum: £10m Public Liability Cover

For tenderers passing all the above requirements:
Price (all in, fixed until 30th April 2024): 80%
Evidence of the tenderer having undertaken 2 or more similar projects 15%
Programme – outline of delivery tasks and timing 5%
