The independent examiners report was received by AVDC, myself as Chairman of the Parish Council and the Parish Clerk at the end of June.
The report found that subject to specified modifications the Neighbourhood Plan met the basic conditions and other requirements to proceed to a local referendum within the Parish.
The recommended changes were made and the updated plan returned to AVDC. AVDC have made the decision to accept the examiner’s report and the Neighbourhood Plan will proceed to referendum which will take place on 22 September 2016 and will be organised and run by AVDC.
